Sophie Medlin

DIETITIAN

I was lucky enough to know that I wanted to be a dietitian at the age of fifteen, so I trained at university and went straight into the NHS. Within my clinical work, I specialised in the management of patients who were undergoing bowel surgery. I worked in the NHS for seven years. I then worked as a lecturer for five years, most recently at King’s College London. I now run my business CityDietitians where I offer evidence-based nutrition solutions to individuals, consult for companies, and engage with the media.
