My journey as a personal trainer began 2 and a half years ago working for The Gym Group company. My goal was to do something I had a passion for, and I decided to go down the personal training route. I loved training myself and seeing the changes, so I decided to pursue a career where I could make changes to other people’s lives and have not looked back since.

Each day varies. 

I usually awake by 6 am, Travel to work. 

Train Clients from 7.00 am to 10.00 am 

PM

1.00 pm – 3.00 pm sort diet plans for my clients

4.00 pm train clients.

5.00 pm train myself 

  1. Always be yourself. People appreciate genuine people
  2. Make sure to always smile, people are more likely to approach you
  3. Stay in shape. If you’re going to preach health and fitness, make sure you’re looking the part. Good physique, good hygiene and keep yourself looking fresh
