My journey as a personal trainer began 2 and a half years ago working for The Gym Group company. My goal was to do something I had a passion for, and I decided to go down the personal training route. I loved training myself and seeing the changes, so I decided to pursue a career where I could make changes to other people’s lives and have not looked back since.

Each day varies.
I usually awake by 6 am, Travel to work.
Train Clients from 7.00 am to 10.00 am
PM
1.00 pm – 3.00 pm sort diet plans for my clients
4.00 pm train clients.
5.00 pm train myself
- Always be yourself. People appreciate genuine people
- Make sure to always smile, people are more likely to approach you
- Stay in shape. If you’re going to preach health and fitness, make sure you’re looking the part. Good physique, good hygiene and keep yourself looking fresh
