FA LICENSED FOOTBALL AGENT

I have been a player’s agent for over 12 years. Came into this business late but have managed to do some good deals and currently working with a good bunch of clients. Small agency by design. Made mistakes, I’m sure I will make more, ultimately learned a lot. No day is the same which is fun.

Striving not to be a “typical agent”.

AM

No day is the same but usually check emails and messages.

Reply accordingly.

Check on my clients

PM

Attend games especially if the client is playing.

Maybe a meeting or call with a club on the status of the player or what they are looking for.

  1. Only promise what you know you can deliver. As an agent, you always have to work for your client’s best interest. It’s not about you it’s always about them. Be truthful never over-promise, manage expectations.
  2. Always be transparent. Give your client or club you are dealing with the full facts, never hide anything, or mislead them. By being transparent it empowers them with all the facts/details enabling a better working environment & better decision making by all.
  3. Be flexible. Try an always look at the bigger picture possibly losing something today could bring double the reward later.
