  1. Get as much experience as you can wherever you can even if it’s unpaid. Sometimes a part-time job is all you need to stay afloat
  2. Network with like-minded people and go to events where you can learn/meet like-minded people
  3. Never take no for an answer, if someone says no try someone else or go back to the first person a few months later with a new idea/approach
